Poster & Billboard Making Contest (Submission)

In celebration of E-Business Week 2010, the Local Government of General Santos together with ISA 12 Gensan brings Poster and Billboard Design Contest entitled, LOGO and Design with a Theme : "Embracing NICP 2011".

Contest Mechanics:

1. This is open to amateur, hobbyist and professional graphic and layout artist and illustrators within Region 12
2. Each participant is required to submit one entry.
3. NICP Literature will be provided as a briefer for the artists.
4. Entries must not have won in any other contest/competition, or had been exhibited and published in any publication.
5. Entries must be original and is Pinoy inspired.
6. Entries must be printed in color on an A4-sized photo paper.
7. Deadline of submission of entries will be on November 15, 2010 3 pm at ISA 12 GSC Office located c/o DTI Office South Osmeña St. General Santos City. Entries after the cut-off time will be disqualified.
8. Information at the back of the entry, printed on separate paper.

• Judging will take place on the e-Biz culmination and which result will be announced on the awarding on November 18, 2010.
• A panel of judges will consist of three (3) members

Judging criteria

• Relevance to the theme - 40%
• Composition - 30%
• Artistic Statement
