E-Business2010 Celebration organizers, in collaboration with the Local Government of General Santos City launches a photo competition titled, “How ICT Changes our Lives”.

Contest Mechanics:

1. This is open to amateur, hobbyist and professional photographers within General Santos City.
2. Each participant is required to submit one entry.
3. The photograph must portray the emotions of a person/people, events in relevance to the theme provided.
4. Entries must be original and not have won in any other contest/competition, or had been exhibited and published in any publication.
5. Entries must be printed in color or black and white (4R size with white border).
6. Image manipulation is limited to cropping and color enhancing. Major manipulation of images is not allowed. No watermark/name on photo. No blurring digital effects/filters addition and subtraction of elements.
7. Deadline of submission of entries will be on November 15, 2010 3 pm at ISA 12 GSC Office located c/o DTI Office South Osmeña St. General Santos City. Entries after the cut-off time will be disqualified.
8. Information at the back of the entry printed on separate paper and printed.

Judging will take place on the e-Biz culmination and which result will be announced on the awarding on November 18, 2010. A panel of judges will consist of three (3) members

Judging criteria

• Relevance to the theme - 40%
• Composition - 30%
• Artistic Statement - 30%
