3D Game Character Contest

In celebration of E-Business Celebration 2010, ISA 12-GSC in collaboration with the Local Government of General Santos City and ISA Youth launches an Original Character Design entitled, “Kapitan Berde”.

Contest Mechanics:

1. This is open to amateur, hobbyist and professional graphic and layout artist and illustrators within General Santos City.
2. Each participant is required to submit one entry.
3. The illustration must show any ICT gadgetry and green innovations (i.e. computers, printers, mobile phone, etc.).
4. Entries must not have won in any other contest/competition, or had been exhibited and or published in any publication.
5. Entries must be an original Pinoy inspired.
6. Character must be illustrated in rotatable 3D action pose and attitude.

Judging will take place on November 16, 2010.

A panel of judges will consist of three (3) members

• Character Concept - 30%
• Originality - 30%
• Creativity - 20%
• Technique - 20%
